Terms of Service

By registering for, accessing, or using the KiAlt platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service. These Terms apply to all users, including Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), investors, and visitors.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. MFDs using the platform must hold a valid AMFI Registration Number (ARN) and comply with all applicable SEBI and AMFI regulations. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

KiAlt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your professional advisory activities. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of any regulations
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Interfere with the platform's security, integrity, or performance

KiAlt offers subscription-based pricing plans. All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing details will be clearly communicated at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are subject to our refund policy available upon request.

All content, features, and functionality of the KiAlt platform — including software, design, text, graphics, and data — are the exclusive property of KiAlt and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use KiAlt's trademarks, logos, or brand features without prior written consent.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. KiAlt does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Investment-related information on the platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiAlt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including investment losses, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

KiAlt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with regulatory requirements. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
